Project Management
Biner's project managers are experienced in taking accountability for and driving projects from start to finish. Through combining solid business understanding with practical project management experience we assist our customers to reach their goals.
We have experience in various project models and methodologies such as PROPS, PPA, SCRUM, RUP and SDLC. We are experts in driving iterative business and system development projects, where we combine both technical knowledge and soft skills to secure the project's success.
Our project managers at Biner are certified according to the Project Management Associations (IPMA), standard. Furthermore, some have successfully completed education to the highest level of certification available in Sweden.

Program Management
Biner has competence and experience in both program and portfolio management. Our consultants assist with prioritising, planning and driving projects within a program structure. We help our clients meet their business requirements by identifying and prioritising the change initiatives that best fulfill their needs and goals.
Business Analysis
Biner has solid experience in performing process analysis for businesses where IT is a significant element. Thorough analysis work lays the foundations for the development of a new, or the improvement of an existing, IT system. On every project, our consultants work closely with representatives from the clients business development department. By doing this, we develop a strong understanding of the demands and can easily identify and describe the stakeholders vision. Benefit Analysis - Business Case
When working on a pre-study project, we carry out a benefit analysis, this can be based on the established PENG model. The result shows an overview of the net benefit of a proposed investment and simplifies prioritisation. The benefit analysis is part of the foundation to identify and propose activities that will improve your business through one or more projects.
Procurement Support
Biner can offer support throughout your IT procurement process. We collect and summarise essential information from your stakeholders, develop Requests for Proposals (RFP's) and assist in the evaluation process of suppliers and their solutions.
System Requirement Definition
Biner has extensive experience in using the Rational Unified Process (RUP) within development projects. Our consultants have a comprehensive knowledge and understanding of iterative techniques using both RUP and Agile methodologies. We illicit and analyse requirements together with users and stakeholders and document the results in the Vision document and Use Case specifications. These form the foundation for setting and communicating the scope of the project.
Quality Assurance
At Biner we consider quality assurance to be a essential element within every project we undertake. We emphasize the importance of initiating quality assurance activities at an early stage in a project, starting with defining a validation and verification strategy and managing this throughout the project to a successful delivery.

Biner has Test Managers with the competence and experience you require to establish and manage the verification strategy for an IT solution. Our consultants always work from an independent standpoint in respect of requirements and implementation.
