The purpose of Biners' ProjectTurnaround is to take back control over a wayward IT project and ensure that it is still capable of delivering benefits to the business. ProjectTurnaround is driven by Biner's certified project managers.

ProjectTurnaround targets projects that have a risk of failing and ensures that they are put back on track again. Detailed analysis of the project's activities are performed. Where change is seen to be needed pragmatic alternatives are suggested. ProjectTurnaround helps projects to get a strong grip over their goals and activities in order to put them back on track.

ProjectTournaround in three steps

ProjectTurnaround is split into three main steps; preparation, analysis and measurement, and implementation.

1. In the first step, preparation, our consultants perform and a careful review of your work-to-date, as well as interviewing key resources connected to the project.

2. In the second step, analysis and measurement, a project diagnosis is conducted and presented with pragmatic actions for change detailing how the project should be implemented from this point onwards.

3. In the third step, implementation, we secure that the recommended actions are implemented. We work together with you to ensure that project gets back on track
