The Open Group Architecture Framework (TOGAF®) is a framework and method for the creation, maintenance and application of EA.TOGAF® is an industry standard that is completely free to use for all organisations wishing to develop and work with EA. It has been built up over a number of years using open participation and cooperation between prominent Enterprise Architects. EA with TOGAF® creates the conditions for a business to live up to increasing demands on flexibility and efficiency.TOGAF® 9 involves using a comprehensive method (ADM - Architecture Development Method) for the development of architecture within the areas of business, information, application and technology. The method includes tools for describing, measuring and controlling an organisation’s architecture. In addition, there are new applications that further clarify the relationship between business and operations as well as fresh developments around the guidelines for how the method can be used, for example within service based architecture.TOGAF® 9 courses are divided into two parts: Foundation and Certified. Foundation covers the essentials of TOGAF® 9 while Certified goes into more detail regarding the framework and method. Our courses are accredited by The Open Group. In Scandinavia, we can offer you the flexibility of booking and attending TOGAF® 9 Foundation and Certified courses separately. Outside Scandinavia, we offer a course that combines the two.
