What do you do at Biner?
”My strengths are in requirements management and helping the business understand and document their needs. I see myself as the person who sits between the IT project and the business and translates, if you like, what each other requires to deliver success”
What do you do in your free time?
”I spend a lot of my freetime rock climbing, so I rely on carabiners to make sure I'm safe. When I'm not climbing I enjoy cooking, listening to jazz and spending time with my family”

To work with large international clients is also an exciting part of my job at Biner, especially as it means travelling and working with people from lots of different countries and cultures."
What is your role at Biner?
”At the moment I have an assignment as a project manager for a development project for an international company. Before this I worked as a business analyst with process and requirements management work”
What do you do in your free time?
”I like to travel to the Alps, Denmark and southern Sweden for paragliding, which is my main passion. In between I play hockey twice a week."
Extra:
”I am responsible for the team activities that we do with the company. I've coordinated such things as motocross riding, go-carting, sailing, etc. Team building is very important in a small company like ours.”
