Described below is our integrity policy specific to customers who purchase consultancy services.

Which personal data do we collect? #

In order to establish an exchange of services with you, we will need to collect some personal data, such as

  • Your name, e-mail address, phone number, title/role and department (as contact person)
  • Your company name and organization number
  • Previously purchased consultancy services (purchase history)
  • Feedback from you, if any, after using our services

If relevant, we may save pictures, sound recordings and videos.

Why do we collect our customer’s personal data? #

We collect personal data to enable communication with you as a customer and maintain a consistent flow in communication to manage  purchases and compliancy with laws.

For marketing purposes, we also want to inform you about our products and services via: SMS, e-mail, newsletters, social media, phone or mail. At any time, you can choose to stop receiving this type of information from us.

For how long do we keep your personal data? #

Our standard is to delete personal data, as soon as it is no longer relevant for our business relationship and is legally required to do so, even though you did not request it yourself. Due to the nature of our business and consultancy services in general, we prefer to maintain our business relationship in order to better meet your needs in the future. Therefore, we prefer to keep you as a contact person and keep your company’s purchase history in our client database even after a consultant assignment has ended. We will delete your personal data upon request and/or as soon as we consider it irrelevant for future business services.  

You can at any time request an extract of your personal data stored with us and request data to be deleted.Please contact our data protection representative, who can be reached by e-mailing to dataskydd@biner.se, in order to view your personal data.

Integrity policy - For you who purchase our courses #

Described below is our integrity policy specific to customers who purchase, or show interest in our training courses via Biner Academy.

Which personal data do we collect? #

  • If you enroll, or issue an interest report to any of our courses, we will need to store some personal data from you, such as
  • Your name, e-mail address, phone number
  • Your company name and organization number (unless you come as private person)
  • Contact person (for course package quotes to companies ordering for multiple participants)
  • Interest tagging

When you enroll to any of our courses in addition to the above information, we also need to collect and store:

  • Invoicing details
  • Purchased course packages

For the actual course delivery, we might need to administrate courses and certificates digitally.  We might also store pictures, sound recordings and videos from the course, unless you inform that you deny consent to that.

If you chose to download material from our website, such as a white paper, we will store the information shared by you via contact forms.

Why do we collect our customer’s personal data? #

We collect personal data to enable communication with you as a customer and be able to maintain a good relationship with you, handle your purchases and be compliant with laws, such as the accounting act.

For marketing purposes, we also want to be able to inform you about our products, services and events via: SMS, e-mail, newsletters, social media, phone or mail. You can at any time choose to stop receiving this type of information from us.

For how long do we keep your personal data? #

Our standard is to delete personal data, as soon as it is no longer relevant for our business relationship and is legally required to do so, even though you did not request it yourself.  Since we would prefer to keep you in our contact database, we do not delete all your contact details until you request us to do so. We will either delete or make anonymous course evaluations after completed courses.

The identity of the ATC attendees is only shared between the Biner course administrator and the Biner trainer and proctor. Individual examination results are not recorded.

Integrity policy - For you who participate in a recruiting process #

Described below is our integrity policy specific to persons who participate or have participated in a recruiting process at Biner.

Which personal data do we collect? #

If you participate in a recruiting process at Biner, we will need to collect and store personal data from you, such as 

  • Your name, e-mail address, phone number, city of residence
  • Your current position and employer
  •  Job application that you provide to us (usually a personal letter and/or CV)
  • Links to any other data you make available, for example to LinkedIn
  • The psychological report received, when interviews and analysis took place
  • Contact details to your references (their name, title, company, professional relation to you)
  • References’ evaluations, if any
  • Our recruiter’s evaluation

Why do we collect your personal data? #

We collect personal data from you as an applicant to enable communication with you during the recruiting and evaluation.

For marketing and future recruiting purposes, we also want to inform the market about news and events via: SMS, e-mail, newsletters, social media, phone or mail. Therefore, we often wish to keep your personal data, even if you are not currently participating in a recruiting process. You can at any time chose to unsubscribe to our newsletters or any other type of marketing.

For how long do we keep your personal data? #

Our standard is to delete personal data as soon as it is no longer relevant for the recruiting process, even though you do not request it yourself. Normally we delete, or make anonymous, your personal data right after the recruiting process ends, or within a year after a passive relationship.

For Biner, a strong diversity in personalities is highly valued, and we strive for a good balance of personality’s on our team. This enables is  become a successful business and an attractive employer. The final step in our recruiting process, usually involves a certified psychologist. The purpose with this is, from a behavioral science perspective, to analyze if you, Biner and the role that Biner will be offering you, is a good match. The psychologist is the data controller of all the personal data handled during this part of the process. After your session together, the psychologist will hand over a report to Biner. This report will be kept by Biner until the recruiting process ends and deleted thereafter, unless we agree to proceed with employment. In that case, Biner will keep the psychologist report throughout the employment, with the main purpose to be used when matching consultancy assignments, where personality is a key factor.
