After you have registered for a course, a confirmation is sent to the mail address supplied. This confirms that we have reserved a place for you on the course as well as any extra requirements you may have supplied with your registration.
Cancellation termsRegistration is binding. Participants cancelling or rescheduling more than three weeks before the course start date will be invoiced for 50% of the applicable course fee. Participants cancelling or rescheduling less than three weeks before start date will be invoiced for the full amount. Cancellation and rescheduling requests should be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org
If the registered participant cannot attend the course, their place can be transferred to another person within their company. Alternatively, another place on a later course can be arranged. This can only be done after approval by Biner. Biner reserves the right to cancel a course. Should this occur, course participants will be reimbursed any fees they have paid. Any other expenses incurred will not be reimbursed.
Biner will invoice for course fees approximately 3 weeks before start date.
