In today’s large-scale change initiatives, most transformations involve investments in or changes to information technology. As a result, the role of the Business Analyst has become increasingly demanding and complex. To succeed, a Business Analyst needs both a broad skill set and solid experience.
The Business Analyst of the future must master the organization’s increasingly automated ways of working and business models, understand and define requirements for emerging technologies, and see how different departments and systems are connected. A successful Business Analyst must also be able to take on the role of a change leader.
