Welcome to our 2 day SAFe® Product Owner/Product Manager course at our site in Göteborg!
In this two-day course, you gain the knowledge you need to contribute and deliver value in an agile organization. The course is updated according to the latest SAFe release and now also includes practical AI components that support the Product Owner and Product Manager roles in daily work.
You will learn a proven way of working to perform key activities and use the tools needed to manage backlogs and drive agile programs. After completing the course, you have the opportunity to become certified as a SAFe® 6.0 Product Owner/Product Manager (POPM). The course includes updated AI content, and participants can also add a related SAFe Skill to earn the AI-Empowered Product Owner/Product Manager badge.
Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) will help you and your company with the challenges around developing and releasing products and systems in a bigger scale and with shorter lead time than using the traditional waterfall method.
You will be able to synchronize and adapt the deliverables for several teams at the same time. As SAFe is configurable and scalable you can select the level of implementation based on your business size and needs. SAFe supports everything from a delivery organization with 50-125 users to large scale corporations, handling complex system solutions with thousands of people involved.
In SAFe you will find the roles, responsibilities, artefacts, and events that are necessary to execute an upscaled Lean-Agile product delivery.
