What's new in the course? #
Business Analysis in Practice has been updated to reflect the reality modern BAs face. The course is based on BABOK as its theoretical foundation and introduces dual-track as a new element, where you work with both plan-driven and adaptive approaches. You will learn when to analyze, specify, and decide in advance, and when to work iteratively with learning and feedback.
AI is integrated into the exercises, not as a separate section, but as a natural tool in the analysis work. Through a cohesive, real-world case and around twenty group exercises, you will practice the full workflow that a BA is responsible for in a change initiative.
The course is delivered as blended learning over three days, and you leave with tools you can use immediately.
Meet the course leaders #
The course is led by Marie Bredberg and Jesper Gunnarson, two of Biner’s most experienced consultants and course leaders, with extensive backgrounds from real transformations in complex organizations.
Marie Bredberg has more than 20 years of experience in digital transformation and business development, with assignments at companies such as Volvo Cars and Mölnlycke Health Care. She works daily with the question of how AI is reshaping the conditions for Business Analysis and what will be required of the role going forward.
