Biner’s Product Owner Boot Camp gives you two intensive days of hands-on training equipping you with the essential knowledge and practical experience needed to succeed in the role of Product Owner.
As a Product Owner, you are responsible for maximizing the value of both the product and the work delivered by the development team. In practice, how this is done can vary greatly between organizations, Scrum teams, and individuals. Through our extensive consulting experience across a wide range of companies and industries, we’ve seen a strong need to strengthen the Product Owner role to enable more effective development processes and build truly successful products.
This course is designed based on our own hands-on experience with agile development in large organizations. We’ve created a practical, experience-based training program for those who need a solid introduction to the Product Owner role as well as for those looking for a wealth of practical tips, tools, and techniques they can apply immediately after the course.
You’ll have the opportunity to share experiences with other participants and take home a wide range of practical tools to use with your Scrum team and within your organization.
Throughout the course, we’ll explore the key responsibilities every Product Owner needs to master and you’ll not only learn about them but also practice applying several proven agile techniques in real-world scenarios.
The course is led by Biner’s experienced consultants, who work hands-on with agile development in their daily assignments.
As a participant, you’re encouraged to bring your own experiences and challenges to the course. Together, we’ll engage in practical exercises designed to help you understand and address the real-life situations and challenges that Product Owners face in their everyday work.
The Product Owner Boot Camp focuses on practical application and hands-on exercises. Many of the exercises are based on a shared scenario, giving participants the opportunity to practice key Product Owner activities in a realistic context.
