About the course
AI for Leaders is a two-day course designed for managers, leaders, project managers, product owners, and those in leadership positions who are seeking to effectively navigate and lead in the AI landscape.
Day 1 focuses on fundamental AI concepts, vision, use cases, and organizational readiness.
Day 2 delves into the four key capabilities the organization needs to establish; data management, technology, organization and ecosystem, and responsible AI. We also go through what it means to lead and follow up on the implementation of an organization's AI strategy.
As a participant, you will engage in practical scenarios where we work through the various components of the course together. The course provides you with the knowledge and skills required to ensure that your organization leverages the strategic advantages that can be gained with AI.
About AI
AI is a collective term for a variety of advanced mathematical models that rely on large amounts of data to solve complex problems. Language models, computer vision, and expert systems are just a few types of these models that enable everything from autonomous vehicles to voice recognition.
